Driver By Us Driver Academy's - GKL Debut

Season opening round for our academy drivers with Global Karting League:UK  Round 1 at Shennington Kart Club. Two new drivers to driving electric karts and needed to quickly adapt their driving styles. 

Aaron Mensah was the heaviest driver in the Junior Light category, for his final he qualified P9, he was able to make his way through the field and finishing P6 in his grouping.

Nathan did a fantastic job all weekend with amazing times in the heavier Junior category, qualifying in P2 his group final and getting fastest lap (1:03.65) in very wet conditions, unfortunately received a post race penalty which dropped him down to P5.

In partnership with Rob Smedley's Global Karting League:UK they offer sustainable driving. GKL:UK includes STEM training with Driven By Us providing the “See It, Be It” optional modules to diverse drivers as part of this package.
