By creating a cohesive group to represent our communities within the motorsport space, we will continue the action for change by provide education, coaching, mentoring, training and advice based on experiences for those already in the process of entering into said industries as well as youth seeking a career in any of the industries mentioned above from grassroots level.

We will highlight the variety of careers within automotive & motor sports including; e-sports, hospitality, logistics, marketing and media  provided by industry role models and ambassadors.
